Haidilao is a famous Chinese hotpot restaurant with locations worldwide, with this one being one of the few on the East Coast, located in downtown Flushing. The store itself is quite spacious, with over 100 tables for people to sit at, and does get filled quite quickly. They offer private rooms as well as larger tables for larger parties. The service is exceptional. The waiter and staff checked in on us nearly every second, offering us free goodies (that you need a secret code to get), as well as telling us about the many offerings they have. The food, although on the pricier side, was of good quality and tasted great. We got the tom yum broth as well as the tomato broth. The tom yum broth was a bit too sour for our liking, but the tomato broth was amazing. The dancing noodle was nice and chewy, and they put on a show when they make it which was fun to watch. The rest of the products were typical hotpot offerings, but were of top quality and tasted great in the broth.
The dining experience has consistently been exceptional. The pre-4 PM offering of $20 per person presents remarkable value. Furthermore, the establishment maintains a high standard of customer service, and the restaurant's cleanliness and operational efficiency are noteworthy.
Jean Zhao is an excellent pro! Very good service. Quality speaks for itself. Best desert bar in hotpot anywhere in NEW YORK CITY. 20% discount on Tuesday. Love it.
First of all I have to say who ever is in charge of the music; A+. But most of the credit goes to our server Alex whom served my daughter and I for Father’s Day. And have to say Alex really made our evening extra special. We started with two brothers styles. The mushroom soup and level 3 spicy broth and got the works. Lobster, shrimp, lamb, steak and tons of mushrooms and veggies. Best hot pot in flushing queens
Haidilao is amazing! The environment is clean and cozy, and the service is incredibly attentive and warm. We went there for a birthday celebration — they prepared the space in advance, sang a birthday song, and even gave a gift. It truly felt like being at home. A big thank-you to Vivian and Dandan for always being so enthusiastic,. Miss Hana for her thoughtful and attentive service. Highly recommended!
